*sigh*
My flash-based MP3 player died recently. Although it's not a big deal to me, it still sucks. It was nice having a portable MP3 player while it lasted. I'm still not entirely sure how it died though, but I am sure it did die. It will not be recognized by any system and the device will not "light" up.
Oh well, if I ever did get another flash-based MP3 player, it'd probably be an iRiver Clix (2GB - 4GB, if it exists?). I can't stand Apple's iPod or Creative's Zen. I'm not saying they're horrible products; however, they don't have the robustness I want.
Regardless, I won't be able to afford one for a long while. Especially with all the stuff coming out in the next six months (like... Microsoft Windows Vista, Sony's Playstation 3, Nintendo's Wii, etc.).
Heheh... maybe I'll get the iRiver H10 (20GB) instead. :P Then again, maybe not. Remember, hard-drive-based players have moving parts resulting in more power consumption and shorter life span.
Yeah, I'll probably stick with flash-based MP3 players for a while... if I ever get another one. ^_^
